Alta’s log home package includes; precut walls, gables, roof rafters, porch rafters and posts, ceiling and laminated ridge beams, decking for roof, loft or second floor, Andersen 400 Series® windows with Low-E4 insulated glass, screens and trim, Therma-Tru Fiber Classic Doors, 10-inch Alta-Max log screws, hardware and caulking. All of Alta’s log home packages come with a 10 year owner transferable factory warranty covering design and manufactured components.
Special features include accurately machined custom log-locking grooves and precut logs to eliminate any job-site fitting. Because most, if not all, of the fitting work on Alta log structures are done at the factory, dealers and certified builders can easily use the company’s comprehensive construction details. Resulting in a minimum amount of manpower and time required at the building site, making Alta’s log homes one of the lowest construction costs in the industry.
